I am a legal consultant and educator with multiple credentials and over 25 years of experience in criminal law, criminal justice, and international and diplomatic studies. I have a passion for teaching, researching, and advocating for justice and human rights in Liberia and beyond.

Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor of Law at Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, where I teach criminal law and criminal procedure law to aspiring lawyers. I am also the Dean and Professor at Wilfred E. Clarke College of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Administration, AME Zion University, where I oversee the academic and administrative affairs of the college and instruct courses on criminal investigation, criminology, constitutional law, and law enforcement administration. Additionally, I am the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Legal Consultant at Consortium of Legal Practitioners Incorporated, a law firm that provides legal services and advice to clients on various legal matters.

I have extensive national security experience, having worked as a Special Agent, Deputy Director for Administration, Security Consultant, Chief of Security, and Technical Advisor for various government and international agencies in Liberia. I have also been involved in several projects and initiatives related to alternative dispute resolution, uniform sentencing guidelines, and peace and conflict transformation in the country. I am a member of several professional associations, such as the European Criminal Bar Association, the International Criminal Court Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Liberia National Bar Association. I am a member of the Honourable Supreme Court Bar of the Republic of Liberia.

I hold several academic degrees, including a BSc in Criminal Justice, a BPA in Public Administration, an LLB in Law, an MA in Political Science, an MPA in Public Policy, an MA in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation, an LLM in Advanced Litigation/Trial Advocacy from the James E. Beasley School of Law, Temple University, an MPhil in Criminal Justice, and a PhD in Legal Studies. I am also pursuing another PhD in Criminal Justice Law and Public Policy at Walden University, USA, and a Doctor of Arts in International and Diplomatic Studies, with a focus on security aspects at the Galilee International Management Institute, Israel in collaboration with the New University the Faculty of Government and European Studies, Slovenia . I have published multiple articles and books on various topics related to my field of expertise.
